Cancelling a monthly membership
- You can cancel at any time on the platform you subscribed on (for example in your Patreon membership settings).
- After cancelling, your keys keep working until the end of the period you already paid for, then stop. Your projects stay on your computer.
- If you subscribe again, ask on Discord to have your keys renewed.
Refunds
- Refund window: [REQUIRED: number of days] days from purchase.

- Lifetime purchases: [REQUIRED: your rule for lifetime purchases]
- How to ask: write to [REQUIRED: a contact e-mail address] or ask on Discord, with your purchase reference (for example your Patreon member number). Never send your password.
When a purchase is refunded, both keys of that purchase stop working.
Chargebacks and payment reversals
If a payment is reversed through your bank or the payment platform, the keys of that purchase are deactivated. [REQUIRED: anything else that happens after a chargeback, or remove this field's text]
Payment platform rules
Purchases made on a platform such as Patreon are also subject to that platform's own refund rules, which can apply in addition to this policy.
